Anyone want to critique my resume?

just passed my nclex last week, and now i'm onto the job hunt full force! would anyone care to look over my resume and give thoughts?? i never worked as a cna, so no real healthcare experience to highlight, just clinical.

Switch "Qualifications" to 'Licensure & Certifications"

Move "Clinical Experience" up further, right after Qualifications.

"Created flyers and programs with Microsoft Word and Excel software." --> Remove

"2.9" ... 3 years old ....

Provided guidance and mentoring as needed. --> remove

something like that.
