hi i took nclex rn at gardena on 2/06/07 and its friday right now i havent seen my name on the site i guess i failed , is there anyone who took the exam already pass and saw there name on the rn.ca.gov site pls help coz i want to know if they release the results already thanks
I think it's important to remember a few things. Where you take it doesn't matter. What matters is if the board got all of your records. And, even if they say so ... that's not conclusive either.
My class graduated in mid December but the records for some people who took it as early as January weren't posted until today. In the previous class before ours, there was a screw up with the transcripts that delayed test results. The school had transcripts but not the "official" transcripts so ... those people got delayed results.
So ... the point is ... don't panic until you know for sure.

1. Average wait time is ten days.
2. Earliest that anyone sees their name posted is about three days, but that is not the norm.
3. Can take up to a month.
And that is for the RN exam. First thing that you should do is find out if they actually have a completed file on you, many times they have not received the transcripts or there was an issue with the fingerprints.
CA will permit the graduate to test before they have received the final transcripts if your name is on a list submitted by the school to the BRN.

For the LVN license, you will never see your name posted, but must wait until you receive the letter in the mail as you have not paid for the license yet. When you pass the exam you will be sent a letter asking for a $100 payment, and then they will process your license.
Hope that this helps clear up any misinformation that you have.
congrats! Still nothing for me, oh well life goes on.
I passed! I found out Saturday morning. I talked to the BON on Friday and they said that there was some problem with paperwork and that is why it took so long. Good luck to everyone who is waiting for their results!!! Thanks for all of the support.
