My big day is going to be on August 19:heartbeat:heartbeat:heartbeat:heartbeat:heartbeat.... I was planning to take it on August 21 but I cannot find a 1pm schedule.
I've been reading Saunders(5th edition) since last week of May but up until now I can't seem to finish it. It's a lot of content to cover but I know I need to refresh everything because i'm a foreign graduate (6 years ago):o:o. I also have La Charity (my best friend swears this is the closest that you can get to NCLEX exam) and NCLEX3500. I finished the Kaplan Strategies book but I still want to try their Qbank(a lot of test takers said they have harder questions compared to NCLEX). Oh and lastly, I'm going to take the Hurst Online review. I've been researching in this site about Hurst and I decided to try it out. I'm not sure if it's a lot of resource , but I just want to pass this exam.
I decided not to tell my family or friends for my upcoming battle but I realized I need a lot of support and PRAYERS...
ohhhh laaaa, laaaa

I took my NCLEX-RN today at 1:30. I finished at about 4:00 with 90 questions. I came home and tried the PVT and got the GOOD pop-up:yeah: I am so elated...I have been thanking God for all of the favor he has been showing me!

I reached out to a good friend who is a RN now for any advice/words of wisdom these last few days & her "lack of support" really hit me hard today & it's been hard to shake it off... guess I will stick to the forum until test time.
I will be practicing SATA style questions tonight, since those scare the heck outta me, then will need to decide how to spend my last few days of test prep so I don't burn myself out!!!

I'm sitting for the exam tomorrow...please include me in your prayers/thoughts tonight & tomorrow!!! I'm going to take it easy tonight, just review some lab values, meds & practice some dosage, maybe some SATA questions & PRAY PRAY PRAY tonight & all the way until that test shuts off!!
My exam is next week and Im sooooo nervous......have been studying alot and hope I retain all the info for the exam.
I take mines next week also so so nervous. I haven't been doing questions for like 3 days. It seems like I can't sit to do 25 let alone 265 i need alot of prayers. Good Luck to you.
First of all I would like to say this website is great! It really helped ease my stress after my NCLEX. I completed my LPN program mid May and did not test until August 5th. I felt like maybe I had waited too long to test and all my info from school wouldn't be remembered. The reason for my wait was to be able to schdule the Hurst reveiw then go and test, so that's exactly what I did. I took the reveiw Mon.-Thurs. and then took NCLEX Fri. I really got alot out of the reveiw, but was still very nervous the morning of. I think I got about 3.5 hrs sleep! Sat for my test and it shut off at 85! I knew I failed. I did try the pearson vue trick and got the "good pop-up", but still was conveinced I failed. Well, the mail came today and my license was in it! I couldn't believe it! My hands were shaking so much that I couldn't even sign the back yet! So to all out there wondering if the trick works, well it does! Also the Hurst reveiw is awesome and I would tell anyone to take it! Good luck to all taking the NCLEX and congrats to all that passed!
