I'm taking A&P I this summer I and microbiology in summer II session. I want to do this to help out in my admission process. I 'm taking A&P II now and so far, I'm doing great!:yeah:

Specializes in Labor and Delivery.

I am also taking A&P1 summer 1. I am a bit nervous about taking it in such a short time frame but ready to get it over with.

goog luck

I am taking it in June which is the first part of the two summer sessions. I too am nervous about the short amount of time I have to learn this stuff so I've had Anatomy and Physiology for dummies checked out.

i am taking a&p1 in summer section 1 @ tcc northwest campus, i am going to get the book asap to reading.:typing

yeah. that's cool. I think it should be fun and challenging at the same time. So far. I've never enjoyed any other class.

I am taking A&P1 this summer, but I'm taking mine online. I still have my old textbook so I'm already studying for the class. The new syllabus and the old textbook are very similar, not quite the same order but the objectives and learning outcomes are almost identical.

I know that when I was working on my RN before, most people actually planned on taking A&Ps during the summer because they could knock them both out in one semester.

I'm taking A & P I this summer.

Specializes in Nursing student.

Hi Obwannabe11, I have absolutely NO Chemistry background. I am a career change student, I did hair for 6 years and decided after having my son that I wanted to be a nurse:nurse: So I have been out of highschool for 8 yrs now and havent had a single class:banghead:(except cosmetology, of course) I decided that I wanted to take the LPN route before going for my RN so I could work as a nurse while completing the LPN to RN bridge program. I signed up for A&P 1,which starts in 2 weeks, bought my books early and started studying my @ss off! Its hard stuff and you cant really move on to the next chapter until you REALLY understand the stuff in the previous chapter.Whew!! How many weeks is your class?? Mine is 5, and Im scared that the class will move too fast for me in that amount of time:no: But Im determined,so since you started already would you mind keeping in touch with me to let me know what your learning? I would appreciate the advice!
