Anyone STILL waiting for results in California???

anyone still waiting for nclex-rn results in california? i took my test 6/25/07, stopped at 75q's and my name has yet to appear on the brn website! this isn't a good sign. anyone else out there still waiting????

I am in Sacramento, California and still waiting. I took the test on the 6/26. Is there just one BRN for this whole state? If so we will probably be waiting quite awhile because I heard that everything is reviewed by a person. I could be wrong though. I hope so the wait is worse than anything. Much to my horror and dismay my test stopped at 75 as well I could have fell over out of my chair!!

still waiting and i took mine on 6/25...quite a few of us from the same graduating class have not received our results while others who have taken the test after us have had results posted.

i don't suppose your last name is at the beginning of the alphabet is it? just curious...since all of us that are still waiting from my school of nursing have last names a-c. even some of my classmates who have taken it on 6/19 don't have their results, and they fall in the same a-c last name group.

anyhow, you are not alone in your frustration. also, i had 75 q's and the computer shut off, if you are curious.

i have to say that i'm so happy i'm not alone! i really hope that all of us pass! not seeing my name on the brn website (every morning at 5am) is getting harder and harder. i'm in sonoma county and my last name starts with m. i truly have no idea how things happen at the brn! it's a real mystery! lets pray that they are behind with results due to all the test takers during this time of year!

keep me posted you guys....atleast we have each other to talk to and this website! i'll be thinking of you.....my fingers are crossed!;)

Hi there - no you are certainly not alone. I also took NCLEX-RN last Tuesday (26th) and havent had any results yet. I have been warned that my name may not appear on the website and it may take longer to get my results as I sat in England. That doesn't help the frustration tho. My surname starts with M so if they are working thru alphabetically, I will be waiting a while!

I just have to go to work everyday and forget about checking my email! Easier than it sounds!!!

My exam ended at 75 too and I didn't know what to think when it just went black! Anyway I am emmigrating to Santa Ana, California eventually next year!

Hey all! I took NCLEX on the 19th of,yes, JUNE and still nothing..felling pretty darn low...For the past few days I've been having dreams about the stupid test and not good ones(I fail the darn exam in them all the time)

keep us updated, i'd like to hear when everyone finally gets their results...yeah...i cannot imagine how frustrating it is having to wait even longer than i have. the 19th is a full week before the rest of us, but i do know of atleast two friends who are waiting that long, and have yet to hear anything by mail or online.

what is irritating is they don't release test results even if you come to the bon in person, i don't quite understand that logic. i would not mind waiting for the licensing part but life would be so much easier if i just knew my test results. it's a constant state of being stressed out because you really don't trust that you've passed since it's been such a long wait.

no matter how much people tell you you've passed or not to worry you're the one with their career on the line so it's very hard to take that advice. i have not slept more than 2-3hrs a night because i constantly think about the implications of failing...losing my job, not being able to pay for my wedding, having to borrow money to pay bills til i do pass....and that's just a small part of it all.

done venting for now, part of me is relieved to be able to share my feelings with people who are going through the same thing, but i don't wish this on anyone...i sincerely hope you guys find out your results soon, i will check back often!

oh, when i came out from the test room and called my hubby i just said "don't even start saying "i know u passed" cause i am 99% sure i didn't"..honestly, felt as if i guessed on every single question that came..anyways,got home, felt depressed for the rest of the day and then cried in my husband's arms when he got home. i feel better now,kinda got myself ready for re-writing the test but can they not send me the results sooner so that i'd atleast start studying(wanted to start studying right away but hubby wouldn't let me,just said "rest!"hehe)...

i am a foreign trained nurse -russia&canada, yup, first russia, then had to repeat the procces in canada:uhoh3:=feels like i am going to be taking the board exams for the rest of my life ;)hehe..sooooo, maybe that's why it's taking longer? who knows, will just sit and wait, although it's quite tiring to answer "no,i don't know yet" to the family and friends who are constantly asking about the nclex results

yes,it's annoying that they won't release the results even when u come in person but when i think about it the waiting period is still much shorter then,say,in canada, i had to wait about 3 month before i received my results.

ps: u have a wedidng coming up? woohoo! congrats!:))

No news for me either and I also was very disappointed. The first thing I do is check the website when I get up in the morning, maybe I shouldn't because it ruins the whole day. Yes, definetly I will post if I get any news.

Unfortunately I didn't pass, just received my results via US mail today. Sooooo, I guess it's back to books(G. knows I hate them now) and Q banks..
