The WGU RN-BSN FB page is very helpful. I'm in the RN-msn leadership program so I joined both FB groups. There's a lot of discussion and help on the earlier courses since the BSN portion covers almost all of the same undergrad courses. I started last May and currently have a couple more undergrad and msn bridge courses. The groups are very helpful, hope to see you all there!

I am beginning my journey to achieve MSN leadership through WGU. I am currently in the transcript review process. I've completed my BsN this jan 2016 and decide to jump straight into MSN.

My question is for those who have started or completed WGU's MSN, how much time do you put into your school work. I have 3 boys under age of 5 and work full time. I managed to complete BSN online with full time work, mommyhood and extra involvement with work committees but am unaware or unsure of the time demand for MSN. Any input would have me so thankful!! 🙃

I was a self-pay student, meaning I paid out-of-pocket by choice. However, WGU does participate in federal financial aid programs and has a financial aid department if you needed it.

I am also starting 2/1/16 and the facebook page is WGU RN to BSN Discussion Group. They will want your start date and school email to accept you into the group. So far it seems like a very helpful group. Good luck to everyone starting!!

After you've requested, be sure to check ALL of your facebook messages where they will request the e-mail and start date. There is a filtered message section where I kept missing their message and subsequently wasn't being approved.

Hi there. I am starting on Jan.1 and have 34 credits to complete. I am hoping to get this done in one term!

IndianaRN2013 Are you going to be able to complete the program in one term?? I will start soon and would love any advice from you :) What order should I take the classes in? How many hours per day are you putting in to be able to finish in 6 months? Any suggestions I would appreciate. Thank you.
