I scored 99% but had a big boost in that we had just finished the human biology section in our high school. In my case the score didn't have a whole lot to do with how good a nurse I ended up being. I graduated probably around 15th in a class of 50 (I don't remember the exact spot) and I've met dozens of nurses better and worse than myself.
I scored in the 99th percentile as well. However, I remember waiting for the test to get harder, and it never did, so it didn't surprise me that I scored highly. In nursing school, though, I was not the best student, although if they'd graded clinicals I'd have gotten 'A's all the way through. I graduated in the top 25% of my class--not spectacular, but certainly nothing to be ashamed of--but I think I turned out to be a pretty decent nurse, even if I did end up with a 3.4 GPA.

This is a totally irrelevant question but comprehensively, I was wondering if anyone scored in the 90th percentile or higher on the NLN entrance exam?
