SATA questions seems to be the concern for most nclex takers these days,, so im hoping that there is a book out there available so we can practice...

There is no secret method to SATA questions. Look at it this way, when you get one, you get a scenario, and a long list of answers that are either true or false. My exam had between 25 and 30 SATA. Sometimes you will select three answers and once or twice I had two answers. They mix it up so that you don't know just how many right answers there "should" be.
The only way to really know these, is to know your core nursing content, and if you don't, then eliminate answers you know are NOT correct. That's about the jist of it.

Don't obsess over this. The SATA type question will be broken down into simple statement options by you to determine the answer. If option A is the sky is blue and option B is the sky is green, you still have to know the material to be able to answer that option A is correct. No special study program necessary for that process.
