Seems the governor of New Mexico is looking to recruit NPs to her state. The pitch seems to be what most on this board are after, less practice restrictions.

If there's anyone still on this thread, there's a couple of listings in the local paper for NPs under "medical-professional"

We have vacationed in Taos and it's beautiful, but the skiing is not as good as CO or UT. CO has an excellent NP Nurse Practice act, I have no idea what UT is like.
We couldn't consider living in NM because we still have young kids and the school system is lacking, to say the least. Otherwise, it would have made the top 5 list.
