I tried this for awhile and absolutely loved it. I also did the work 2/16hr shifts on Fri and Sat or Sat and Sun then have 5 days off (paid for 40). It was a killer to do but having that 5 days off afterwards was great. I switched to the 7 on and 7 off when I got too far in my pregnancy that the 2 back to back 16 hour shifts were just way too much. I'd love the oppurtunity to do the 7/7 again.
Hi all-I'm a new LPN job hunting and interviewed for a 7 days on/ 7 days off position. I had never even heard of this schedule. Initially sounds good but was wondering if anyone has any real life experience working this way? Thanks!
I love it! Wouldn't change it for the world.... That week off is awesome and it's a whole new challenge at the job when you come back. A good challenge!
