Yes, I also ordered from UniformDiscount.com 14 business days ago. I have not received my shipment, but was charged the total the day after the order was placed. My invoice stated that the order was processed, but they will not answer my emails, and will not take phone calls. They won't respond to me at all even though their web site states that they will track a shipment if you contact them.

I feel it must be a scam, and I am checking into it.

If you find out any further information, would you please post it.

Hi Ogletree,

I did receive my stuff eventually, like 3-4 weeks after my order. That may give you some hope?? One thing i did do, if you search enough online you'll find that the same company has a "front" store in northern Ohio and I think it's called Pizzazz Uniforms or something like that. they have a real phone number and real people there. I don't think they are supposed to do this, but I got one of the managers there to look up my order. Just kind of play dumb, be nice, and see if they'll do it for you. she was able to tell me when it was shipped and few days later it arrived.

I have had an excellent experience and have purchased many times over the years from http://www.uniformdiscount.com/ I recently ordered the Landau and Cherokee Uniform products and they were delivered in 4 days from the time I placed the order. I feel this is a reasonable delivery time for UPS ground delivery. I contacted there Customer Service dept to ask a few questions and they were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend purchasing from UniformDiscount.com.

If any of you who complained in 2008 about uniformdiscount.com are still wondering about your order, your best bet at this point is to contact Richard Cordray, Ohio Attorney General. If there's no "statute of limitations" you should be able to get some satisfaction. I, too, ordered items in March 2010, my bank acct. was debited immediately, and no merchandise arrived. After the A.G. got involved the order finally arrived in mid-May and I am satisfied but will certainly not do business with this supplier again. Perhaps the one in Florida does a better job?

I also ordered from Uniformdiscount.com ($104 clogs). They charged my credit card in a flash and I never heard or received a single message, not to mention the clogs themselves. I could kick myself, because they have over 220 complaints of fraud just like ours on the Rip-Off Report. I will try the Attorney General as the other poster suggested.

I've orderd from few scrub/medical sites, and I've had bad luck. With one I had to contact the BBB and my bank to try to get my money back. I would definately advise checking up on any website before you order, and stick to major ones you know.

Sounds like people are receiving their order just not in a timely manner. Maybe they are just REALLY unorganized. but that is a scary thought to not receive you stuff. I am looking to order some cheap scrubs... won't go there!
