I have, although it wasn't in the medical field at the time. I was about five months pregnant, and you couldn't tell. I was interviewed and offerred the position, but because I knew the long hours and other circumstances that came along with the positions (slippery floors, etc.), I felt I had to disclose the pregnancy. The interviewer then suggested that I let them know ASAP after delivery and that if they had a position open at that time, I would definitely have the job. I stayed home throughout the rest of the pregnancy and then went to work after I had my son.

hello,
I am really unhappy in my long term care position. I am four months pregnant and doubt that I will be able to find a new job. Has anyone else tried to find a new job while pregnant?
