I was dropped from my nursing program last Fall for failure to pass the semester math comp test...I failed by 2 pts! Now I am sitting trying to patiently wait for my letter saying I am officially back in to finish my last year of school. Waiting is so hard! I can't wait to get back at it so I can finish...I just hope I can make new friends as all my buddies are graduating on May 9th!
*bump*

I know there are many here in your situation, good luck on your fresh start! Already assuming you get in - think positive, hehe

I am in same position, waiting to reregister for my last semester, 2 classes to go, I too fail the math comp test by 2 points, what I really hated is that all my math was right, answers correct, stupid mistakes like leaving off a label in the work, (we must show all work for problems, and it has to be labeled etc correctly) I am so disappointed to be 2 classes away, never failed anything in my life, I really feel at times like not going back, actually applied to another school and was accepted but would have to start all over, the way my school goes you get last pick at your classes in other words you may get stuck with a day class and clinical for one class and then a night class for another. Oh well, I hate to go back because of embarassment and all my friends are graduating in 3 weeks, I am so bummed.
