Anyone else apply to Sutter Extended Campus in Sacramento?

Nope. Havent heard anything yet either. Well what we do know is that we will definitely know within the next 7 days. Hopefully today! The waiting is killing me.

I haven't heard anything yet either and I'm driving myself crazy checking my email every couple of minutes. Just email us already.

So what do you guys think they are looking for most in an applicant? High TEAS test, a 4.0, healthcare experience??? This whole waiting to get accepted thing is so frustrating. I just want to get in and start learning.

I think that's the million dollar question. I have no clue. Personally i dont think it's any one specific thing, probably a combination of things. I believe since it wasn't an open enrollment our chances should be good. lets keep each other posted.

Hey that's true. When I hand delivered my application on the 30th I was #96 on the list and it sounds like they take 40 students with like 10 alternates, so we have a good chance of getting in. One week left.....

Thats great to know that you were # 96 on the last day so the list shouldnt be much longer than that.

From what I have heard (read) on this site, no one can find a common trend to who has been admitted and who hasn't. Aside from the minimum standards, it doesn't seem that great grades or a great TEAS score or even lots of healthcare experience will mean an admission. I think they use a magic 8 ball. ha.

I had to Fedex my application in, so I don't even know if it got to the right place or not...or if they accepted it....but my wife was waaaay pregnant at that time so I wasn't willing to go in person.

So, no new info yet. Hopefully we will hear something tomorrow. I'm starting to feel like we might find out on the deadline day this Friday. I hope there is no delay past that. This is driving me nuts!:confused:
