Anyone attending or taken the Accelerated BSN at Concordia in Irvine?

Just wondering if anyone has taken this 12month program? Seems like a decent alternative to Mt. St. Mary's and CSUN as this is right here in Orange County.

I just found this website and I have a few questions about concordia irvine. I am verrrry interested in going here but I want to know how current students feel about it? I am no from California, so how is the living/campus like? Also, how are the classes like and what is the GPA that you were accepted with?

I'm getting a little nervous. I applied for Fall 2010 and based on reading the previous posts, it looks like I don't stand a chance. My GPA is just below a 3.0. It's just so sad how California has gotten so competitive since they cut all of the state funded programs. I applied to other schools out of state just to be on the safe side, but I really can't afford to move, so I'm really hoping Concordia will even look at my application!

If any of you get interview invitations, please let me know!

I just got a phone call today that they wanted to schedule an interview! I am soo nervous! Anyone know what to expect during a nursing interview?

From previous posts it seems like they do group interviews in addition to one-on-one interviews..?

my undergrad GPA was barely above a 3.0 and my prereq/science GPA was about a 3.88 with one course in progress.

Hi hhalim! I applied for Spring 2011 admission. When should I receive word on a decision? I know they said acceptance letters are mailed out in July...I have two pre-req's in progress and A's in all of my pre-req's so far. How many people do you anticipate applying for Spring 2011 and how many people will be accepted?

Deadline for Spring 2011 is Monday, May 31st, 2010. Decision letters will be mailed tentatively by first week of August.
