HI Eclaire,

I just got accepted into the SPRING 2011 Cohort and will be taking the theology courses this summer. I have questions regarding the schedules once the semster starts. I live in Los Angeles, and my drive to Irvine is 60 miles. Do you think I can still drive while maintaining this crazy schedule? Also can you give a brief desription of how a typical week looks like number of days of lecture and lab? Thank you and I appreciate your help.

Hi blueberry! and everyone else! Sorry i had been mia from all nurses but just remembered how i haven't got on in a while. Yes i am still planning on moving out, but i need to secure a loan first. I live in downey area so i think the commute will be to much because classes and clinicals start early. plus i want a study buddy! Are you still planning on moving? let me know!:)

YAY!!!! I get to meet more people from my cohort. I am also looking forward to having a study buddy because I know how hard its going to be. I am definately going to move out to irvine because I live about an hour away and need to use that time to study....Are you enrolled in the theology courses? Hi Blueberry! yes i'm actually at a coffee shop studying theology right now. yay exciting ha haa but i wish the program was starting already i'm anxious. Do you know who you are living with yet? i need to find a room mate. I know its still early but i want to room with another nursing student so the sooner i find someone the better:)

Maybe we can study together sometime! That way we will meet eachother and help eachother with the discussion questions...I don't have living arrangements made yet, ill probably live somehwere near school cause I don't want to wast time driving. I don't know if I will roomate yet, but it will be nice to live near a friend. Let me know if you are down to meet up?

Hi! nice to hear from you again. Me and some of the other girls have been trying to figure out living arrangements there is 3 other girls, so that makes five of us! I would like to meet up and we live pretty close now, so it shouldn't be a problem. The girls want to start looking for places in Nov. Do you have face book so I can find you, I know that we are not suppose to posts emails on here. do you have the upgraded version if so i can give you my email and number :)?

Hi everyone!

I am interested in applying for the Fall 2011 cohort, and was wondering how much healthcare experience do you need to be considered for an interview and maybe even accepted. Also, do they factor in a Master's degree GPA?

Well I am not sure but I have absolutely no healthcare experience! :) I am not sure what their admission criteria is like. I do have pretty good grades so we will see.

Klute -

I was accepted for the Spring 2011 cohort! I had about a year and a half internship at a local hospital as my healthcare experience, which seemed to be enough! I can't say what their exact criteria is, but every girl in my interview group had healthcare experience. Also, about the Master's degree, all I know is that they would most likely include your grades when totaling your overall GPA. Good luck! I can't wait to start, it's an amazing school!
