hello!
is anyone apply to the simmons dix scholar 2-yr BSN program for fall 2010?
just wanted to find anyone who wants to share stories/info about the application process.
thanks!
Is anybody willing to enlighten me ... I am wondering what the first year schedule is like for the 2 year program ... I already have all 8 prereq's completed so I only need the two classes (Nur 225 and 292) and I was wondering if I'd be able to work part time the first year!? I wasn't sure how often the classes met, I know one of them has a lab...
Any details would be great, thanks!!
Hi all,
I was recently accepted to Simmons' Dix Scholar Program. As I am learning more and more about new grads having difficulty finding jobs, I find myself becoming worried about the same prospect. I was wondering if anyone could give me any information regarding Simmons' job placement post-graduation? Is it a good place to graduate from? Does the school offer resources to secure job placement? Do most people have to leave Boston in order to find jobs?
Any information you have would be helpful. Are you all worried about the same thing?

Hi! I am not sure if you are attending the 2 years nursing program at Simmons or not, but I got accepted to it and I have the same questions that you asked in this post, I would really appreciate if you could help me answer them. I originally applied to the 18 months but I was disqualified, now I need to figure out how to manage the expenses for 2 years instead of 1 1/2 year.
Thanks

7.25% competitive no cosigner, no fees whatsoever. Not sure if the discover rate is competitive or fixed. The rate also drops when you graduate and if you do the automatic payments...in total it almost drops by a whole percentage. I would call to see if they'll give you a better rate.
