Anyone Applying to NGCSU for Fall 2013?

Hello! I just submitted my application to NGCSU for next fall. I'm trying to figure out what typical stats are...I have seen posts from previous years and I am getting discouraged about getting in! I didn't think I needed to take A&P and Micro before the application deadline so I will only have A&P 1 completed by then...I'm trying to figure out if that is going to seriously hurt my chances. I have a BS in Chemistry from NGCSU so I have several science classes but my GPA was low...I really want to go to school there!!!! Does anyone know typical stats for students that are accepted?

Ms. **** is very prompt with responding to emails. :-) she might be slammed with face-to-face student inquiries like yesterday.

I went up to her office with a friend to turn in her confirmation and payment yesterday morning. within minutes an 8-person line formed behind us! O_o

Send it to the nursing department secretary. :-). You can also email her to make sure that it is she who handles them, but I'm pretty sure that she does.

HI!! I just got my acceptance to the NG Dahlonega ASN program. My GPA was a 3.7. I got wait listed as a freshman and now a sophomore I have received my acceptance. My TEAS was only a 79 and I got B's on the A&P. I am taking MICROBIOLOGY in the summer which is my last core class to complete. I got my letter on Valentine's day, and some receive them up to March. I think that they send so many letters out and then if people deny them (because they got into other nursing schools) then they send out the rest and so on, until they fill up the spots. Good Luck!!
