Anyone applying to MJC or San Joaquin Delta College?

I'm applying to MJC and Delta for Fall '10. Just wondering if anyone else out there is also applying? :)

kpaterson or dpeterson, how long does it take for SJDC to send you final email of acceptance. after you got you "qualified" email. THANKS SO MUCH FOR RESPONDING:)

harry123 - We got our "submit documents" email on April 21st and the "congratulations-conditional acceptance" email on June 18th. If I remember correctly, our final email was about a week later than expected.

If we are asked to provide supporting documentation, how long are we given to get it to the nursing department? Is there anyone that can look it over for us before we turn in supporting documentation to make sure it is all correctly submitted?

SBNRN2B - We received our "submit documents" email on April 21st and all of our documents were due by May 6th. I don't know if there is anyone to look it over for you, just make sure you have everything in place. ;)

Hi I am wondering if you guys know anyone who got the submit documents e-mail and didn't get into the program. When reading the website it sounds like the do the ranking before sending out e-mails to submit paperwork and then just verify. I don't want to get too excited and then be dissapointed.

kristi80- The only ones that I know of that didn't get accepted are the ones that had problems with their paperwork.

I know exactly how you feel. I felt the same way. Personally, I celebrated when I received that email and yet I still was unsure. In fact, I was doubtful even up to the first day of school.

All I can say is that it is very positive! Not sure that helps you though. :)

I'm frantically looking for my social security card and I can't find it! Do any of you remember if you just gave them the number or did you submit a copy of it? Thanks for your posts!

The application packet didn't ask for a copy of my social security card, so I just wrote down the number. However it does ask for a copy of my driver's license.

I did the same as RNBound83. It only asks for a copy of your drivers license.
