anyone apply for sccc fall 2011 nursing program?

Just looking for company ... Has anyone applied for ammerman's fall 2011 nursing program? What are your grades and does anyone know last years GPA cutoff? Also, do you know anyone who got in without four A's?

Redtailhawk....congratulations! Did you say grant full time? That is so awesome. Did you find out today? Forgive me for asking, but if you don't mind could you say what your gpa was? It might help put some of us at ease....possibly.

Congrats! I guess if you are wait listed they call you to confirm? You should be very proud though....

Did the person you spoke with say they def went out yesterday, or started to go out yesterday?

i was wait listed and grant and was offered a seat at ammerman.

she said it was because grant had 50 seats and ammerman had 120 seats.

she just said that it went out yesterday thats it:confused:

Good Luck to all. It's coming down to the wire now so it's normal to be nervous. I'm curious as to why the Grant Campus is more competitive than the Ammerman Campus. I've always heard that the Ammerman Campus program is the better program. Anyway... Fingers crossed for all of us applicants.

Sure.. I have a 4.0... and yes, it is days at Grant F/T.

I'm not sure if I can put anyone at ease, but I was fortunate (in regards to academics, certainly not financially) in the fact that I was unemployed during my pre-req's, plus I have no social life, lol... I also took the Bio's without any other classes. I feel for my classmates that worked throughtout and have families... let me just say a GPA does NOT tell the whole story, not by a long shot.
