anyone apply for sccc fall 2011 nursing program?

Just looking for company ... Has anyone applied for ammerman's fall 2011 nursing program? What are your grades and does anyone know last years GPA cutoff? Also, do you know anyone who got in without four A's?

This is a new thread...others are from a few urs ago.

When do you get to register for classes once you have been accepted?

Has everyone on here who has been accepted have a 4.0? If that is too private I understand. Just trying to get a feel for GPAs.

I am still waiting for Ammerman Days. Thats my only choice and only option. It seems like Grant letters are being received first. My gpa as i said is a 3.7 with no micro. Hoping from the info on here it was a lower gpa cut off this year. This is my first time applying for the program. Can't wait til tomorrow to check the mail again.

Has anyone else had any really neurotic type fear like, you were accepted but you application was put into the wrong pile and shredded... or... your envelope fell under a cabinet in the post office and won't be found until next semester... or... one of the people in central admissions didn't like the sound of your name and deleted all of your records? ...ANYONE... cos I have! GOOD LUCK TO ALL!

Haha that's really funny. I know I won't stop stressing about this until I get my letter and my deposit is in. Even though I have a 4.0 I'm still anxious to find out if I got in, until then my thoughts are consumed by it. I'm hoping we'll all be put at ease by next week

I have 3.8 gpa taking micro now. Going to Grant this morning to pay my deposit. Once you have that done you can register because they change your major to NUR and that allows you to register on line. My mind to went to

the oh no's.. did i have all the paperwork in?? etc. Seems that the only Grant letters went out since I have not seen anyone on here say the got a letter from Ammerman. Good Luck to all you still waiting. Hope you all get in!!

I too am hopeful shoe hat! I have the lowest on here with a 3.5 and no micro! Finishing up micro this semester....do I have any shot at all, or am I just fooling myself?

Please do yourself a favor and apply for the part time spring program just in case. I think you may still have time. In the worst case sceneario at least it will give you a chance to retake a class or two that you need to boost your GPA next semester if needed. And, if you are accepted, all it will cost you is the application fee. Good Luck to you and to everyone on this board, you're in my prayers! :up::up::up:
