Any of the shows like Resident life or Trauma: Life in the ER? That would be so cool.

:chair: wow! I really messed up the spelling in my title! I hope people still want to view and answer this thread even though I sound like a moron. :rotfl:

I have to say the "NE1" thing really had me puzzled.

The closest I've come is that I'm doing a clinical now where they filmed one of those baby shows on Discovery Health Channel (those are the ones I usually try to avoid).

lol, you're funny! :p

I wrote NE1 becuase I was afraid I would run out of room to write my topic. I meant anyone. Sorry about that.

What type of nursing are you going into?

Is taht a picture of you? It looks like Jude law! :chuckle

Anyway, that is really neat that they were filmng a show, even though it was a baby story and not Trauma or Resident Life. What year are you in now?

nice talking to you! :p

Not sure what the name of the show is, but while I was on assignment in CA The hospital there was allowing filming to be done by Discovery. The hospital is Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital in Valencia, CA. They had a LOT of trauma pts, helicopter there all the damn time. Just a mile off the 5 freeway and 25 miles north of L.A.--very busy ER.

You're right, it was Jude Law (he's a hottie). But I've since changed my avatar.

Specializes in Emergency.

Six years ago working in Detroit, NYT tv was riding with EMS filming for Paramedic's. We had signs posted all over the ER- Attention NYT tv filming in this area your presence is consent to appear- or something to that effect. My self ending up appearing for about 15 seconds as they brought a trauma pt in.
