Me too! Finished applying for a university BSN program for Fall 2012 about three weeks ago....will not know if I got in until late April. This is my second time around, and I HATE WAITING!! I seriously check my application statues online even though I know that it will not have changed lol
Good luck to you both :)
Hi im a little confused with LVN and RN. I hear from some people its better to do LVN then do RN and then I hear from others to do straight RN. Im really not sure what to do im getting older and i want to become a nurse already. My plan is to attend West Coast Univ. In North Hollywood CA for the BSN Program or Glendale Career College fo LVN. I dont want to go for LVN then get stuck with loans and realize i made a mistake. Can anyone please tell me your thoughts and advice? Thank you!!
Our application deadline was January 15th, but I won't hear anything until mid March. I'm going to be a nervous wreck. I'm also taking 18 credit hours this semester, so I will be going crazy with that. I don't think my school has any way to check status online, or I'd be doing that all the time!
I'm in the waiting boat too! I applied to a few programs, and most of them I won't hear anything until the end of March/beginning of April. I'm not supposed to bother the school for information until mid April. Waiting is so hard! I love to plan ahead, and it is stressful to be thinking through several different scenarios of what my life will be like come April! :)
HAPPY WAITING, EVERYONE!!!
@ Canut, I glad that I am not the only one with mild application OCD
I only applied to one school, and I swinging back between total confidence (I've got this in the bag, I mean what nursing school wouldnt want me? I rock!) to total despair (There is no way Im going to get in! Im wasting my time with this, I should just focus on something that is actually going to work out, I bet everybody else that applied has a better GPA/more volunteer hours than me) lol you get the picture!
Yes, and heres to all out schools randomly sending out letters weeks ahead of schedule!

That made me laugh! Great sense of humor. This is exactly how I feel.
I am amazing.
I suck!
Yes, let's hope all the schools are early this year!

I will be submitting my application in the next couple of days to get into the nursing program at the local University. Just wanted to see if anyone else is doing the same so we can wait out our "acceptance" letters together.
