Any news from Ohlone yet?

I have read from some previous posts in prior years that the lottery is completed just days after the application deadline. I was actually expecting an e-mail yesterday (Friday) because it seems like results have always gone out then. Has anyone recieved an e-mail?

I am quiet low on the list too... Hopefully most of you guys have some other options for this year, if not, best of luck next year!

Hi all, I also applied to Ohlone this year and I didn't get any email yet. How did you guys come to know about the list.

You will not receive email from Ohlone. They emailed the 22 selected for Fall 2012, the 22 for Spring 2013 (first tier alternates) and, perhaps, the next 35 alternates last week. The full list was published here yesterday:

You will find yourself at 139. I was at 177, which proves I have consistency with finding myself at the low end of many lotteries :-P

I've dealt with everyone in the administration at Ohlone and even have a class with the director. I respect and like them personally. I feel like they are professional and knowledgable. You won't get an easy ride, but most prestigious programs aren't known for because they were easy. I know several current students and graduates and they all like the program.

Hi,

Did you get any further mail from Chabot. I gave my TEAS on Monday and they said, we will be receiving a mail from them latest by Friday May 11th. My TEAS score is also not great. Do you think only accepted ones are mailed.

I got accepted into Ohlone as well and Im moving from Socal to attend fall semester. Ohlone campus is new and amazing and faculty is great from what ive heard! Ohlone has an amazing reputation and they've also maintained a 96/97% NCELX passing rate unlike Chabot so I would def consider that.
