Any Georgia Nursing Students Here?

I was just interested to see how many Georgia Nursing Students we have visiting this site. I'm 27 years old and will be in my first semester of nursing school at Gordon College in Barnesville. Class starts next week and I can't wait!! I've never been so excited and nervous before in my life. How about you?

We'll so far so good. I am now in my second semester at Gordon College and doing well. (Even though I fainted in the OR during a C-section) (It got hot in there and I crossed and locked my legs) Still having fun and making new friends. I love my professors and study group. How's everyone else doing?

I'm in my second semester of nursing school at North Georgia College and LOVE it!! I did all of my pre-reqs at GPC (Lawrenceville) and was accepted to their program last fall but decided to transfer.

Has anyone gone to Dalton state or Northwestern Technical college in northern GA? I want to do the LPN program at one of these and am leaning towards Dalton. Both are near by (Ringgold, GA).

Any advice or feedback would be appreciated. Thanks. Other school recs in my area would be nice also. craig.

I'm going to CGCC, I've been accepted to the Nursing program here recently. I'm finishing my Microbiology class now and start Nursing in the Fall. :Melody:

I'm going to Georgia Perimeter at the Clarkston campus. I'm only in the pre-req's but, so far I love it! I do get occasional anxiety attacks about getting accepted to the nursing program there. Does anyone know how difficult the application process is?

Hey, I have 150 days left till I graduate from MCG with my BSN. I'm completely terrified of NCLEX and trying to study as much as I can. Good luck to all of you who still have another year to go. Don't give up. :rolleyes:

Kennesaw State University has one. I've heard they have the best BSN program in Georgia.
