Any current University of South Florida NP students on here, ?? for you.

Hi. I am hoping to enter the program this Fall, but have a big question. My BSN gpa was 3.8. I had 2 B's my whole program, the rest A's. I tell this so you understand I am a good student and strive to achieve good grades. For me, patho is one of my worst classes. I study, think I understand it, but don't test as well as I would like (got a B at the BSN level). I haven't decided whether to take Professor G (I have heard he is tough) or one of the online professors yet (better for my car and gas $$$). My question is: How do you recommend studying for this class? Anything different from other classes? Please PM me with any info regarding the MSN program at USF. Thanks fellow Bulls!!

You are awesome Skazka!! thank you so much for your reply! is there a FB group for USF FNP track?

If there is one, I am not aware. But it is a good idea to look for one for me as well as I am in my final semester:) Thanks for the hint:)

Overall, if I have to appy again, I would still to apply to USF since

1) it is state college, accredited program

2) I live locally, commute is like 30 min for me

3) cheaper than other schools around.

I did not consider those online no name schools at all.

now that you are almost done, or just finished with usf's fnp program, would you mind me asking you some questions? I am in my first semester of the USF FNP program

no GRE, and for spring there average admitted GPA was 3.85 I believe.

Do you have any of your stuff from patho? I'm in it now and its brutal. They are now having you on camera when you take your test so that no notes or books can be used. It's hell on earth. :(
