I applied and wanted to see if I actually have any chance. I had applied for spring 2012 but didnt notice that I had to take statistics which I am now in progress. But everything seems good. I just want to hear and compare my application. My TEAS score was 83.5 and my prereqs science is Micro B, Physio B, Anatomy C, Chemistry Organic/Biochemistry A, Intro to Chem B. My other prereq: English, Critical Thinking, Speech are all A's. So what happens to my statistics do they make it into a C or B for now or how will my points be for having one in progress. I have over 100 hours of volunteering and speak Spanish. The sucky part is that i dont attend STAN STATE or live in the area.
I had worked in a clinic as an Medical Assistant for one seasonal term.
Do i have a chance? please advise.
As of now jus Stan State. The app for the community college that I transferred from starts accepting apps March 12, 13, 14. I'm also thinking about applying to Fresno and Sacramento, and SF State. I initally was accepted to those schools but ended up picking Stan State at the last minute because of financial reasons and I decided to live at home to save money.
For some reason everyone always says that applying for spring is better because there are less applicants and less competiton. I need to get accepted somewhere or else I won't have any classes to take. The downside of coming to Stanislaus is that they don't have a Health Science degree program and that's what I wanted to do while waiting for the nursing program.
They aren't just accepting students from their university right? Because I know they did that in the past.
it's only during spring sem since the university does not accept new students for spring sem due to budget cuts, so you have to be a csu stan student already before applying for spring sem nursing program.

That's good. What other programs did you apply?
