Any Applicants to Frontier Nursing University FNP Class 124?

Hi! I've read and re-read all of the threads here regarding previous applicants to FNU, and now it's my turn to wait! I am a fairly recent BSN grad with about 6 months of peds experience under my belt, and applied to the FNU March 3rd FB cohort. I have a ton of community experience, and co-created a mental health arts intervention program in my city, so I'm hoping my extracurricular experience is enough to bypass the 1 year of required experience. Anyone else anxiously awaiting news?!? Let's chat, because otherwise I'll be tempted to stalk my email another 100 times today, lol. :)

I remember reading on other boards that the FNP notifications go out after the CNEP notifications, so hoping for Monday. I tried to call at 5:30 ET tonight and only got voicemail. I still have a small glimmer of hope left!

Hello everyone. I apologize for the delay, I've had trouble logging on as a new member so that I could post a response. I have been following your posts and they have been so helpful to me. I received my acceptance letter at 3:02 pm on 1/17/13 for FNU's class 124, the MSN-DNPFNP program. So happy. Hope this helps.

Congrats Claudia! I assumed they would send everyone an email whether they were accepted or not. Did anyone receive any other type of email? I just need to know so I can figure out what to do next.

I also applied to the FNP program and got no email yesterday. I called at about 4:50 and the receptionist told me he was the only one there- everyone had left for the 3 day weekend so we would get no response until Tuesday. He acted like he didn't know anything but I think he just wasn't supposed to say. He finally told me that he thought I was on the wait list but he didn't really understand the notes she had written. He couldn't tell me where I was on the list or how many had been accepted etc. I tried to email but just got an auto I'm out of the office response. So maybe no response means we are on the wait list? I just wish they would have let us know before this long weekend.
