Hello Friends!!

My name is Pinky and i am a nursing student from New york. i did not passed nclex rn on 85 questions on first attemt..Well again i have an 2nd test on april 1st week..i m very anxious and embarrassed about the test..Does anyone have any tips or suggestions for nclexRn?..this time however i need to pass test..your help will be highly appreciable..

Thank you

Did you take a reveiw course like Kaplan? I highly suggest that especially if you didn't pass the first time. Do not be embarrassed either, you worked hard to get to this point, go in confident and take your time. One question at a time. Good luck!!

Kaplan is a great course, and I'd also suggest you get a copy of Frye's 3300 Nursing Bullets for NCLEX-RN®. I found it very helpful. It breaks the info into topics and is easy to review anywhere. Good Luck!

I attended Hurst and it was AWESOME. They boast a 98% pass rate on first time attempts.

There is plenty of support, help and terrific suggestions from people who are right now going thru what you are experiencing over on the NCLEX board here. Perhaps you can ask a moderator to move your thread?

Kaplan, Kaplan, Kaplan. I passed on first attempt and it was Guaranteed. Though I would caution to be very serious about studying very hard and thorough before 2nd attempt as I believe the % passing drops another quarter (at least in WI)..in other words the test WILL be more challenging next time. Best of luck!

Hurst review...Hurst review...Hurst review...Hurst review...You can do it online at your house @ your own pace & its FANTASTIC!! She covers pointers for ppl for who NEVER taken NCLEX & for those you have taken, not passed & who are now frantic & anxious....Its the best seriously! Best of luck to you!!!

Agree, Hurst review. Was entertaining too.

Pinky, do you feel like you are ready? If you really feel like you have not got a good understanding yet, you might want to consider rescheduling to give yourself more time. Good luck.
