Anxiety is building up..

Okay, so in 8 days. I'm going to take my NCLEX RN for the first time. I'm nervous, having sleepless nights amd really cramming. I've been practicing taking practice questions. I hope its enough. I need prayers and encouragement. Please! Thank you. :)

I didn't do Kaplan. I couldn't afford it. I borrowed the Saunders CD from a friend, did free questions online and did ATI that was paid for by my school. BUT, in my opinion, all those practice Q's were harder than NCLEX. I'm not saying NCLEX was easy by any means, but it was more straight forward than some Q's from the practice tests. There were some easy questions and some very hard questions. There were questions that I was sure that I was just guessing on. But since it's an adaptive test, once you answer questions right, it will throw harder ones at you. If you are averaging 60-70% on your practice Q's, you are doing well. Hope this answers your question and lessens your fears.

Aww. Thank you. It really does. But my problem is i only average 60-67 on my practice qs. And i cant reschedule my exam. Boohuhu

I'm sure you'll do fine! A LOT of people on here say if your scores are 60% and above that means you are doing great! Stay positive and have the mind set that you WILL pass! A couple days before my test, I was a wreck. I was in tears off and on all day. I felt very unprepared and thought about rescheduling my exam also. But after the encouragement I got from people on here, I went ahead and did it....so I want to pass along good vibes, prayer and encouragement to you and whoever else needs it. You will succeed!

I think that's just butterflies in your stomach. Try to convert that feeling and use it to your advantage. You will do good tomorrow. :)

Babykulit you will be fine. You know the content and your scores are good on the practice exams. Have faith in yourself. I am looking forward to seeing your "got the good pop up" tomorrow.
