All I know is the notice posted at the top of the page where Achieve test prep is trying to force AN to reveal the identities of AN posters who have defamed them. AN is standing by not releasing the identities stating the posters have 1st amendment rights to say what they believe. I'm not sure but I don't think the posters are on staff at AN, just random members just like you and I.

In that you will find a link to the complaint filed with the court where the complainant describes their complaint.

In their complaint you will find a hyperlink to the Allnurses discussion which they claim damaged them.

Conspiracy theories aside, never underestimate the plaintiff's attorneys' prerogative to generate billing hours.

If rational minds would prevail, which they never do with money involved, this whole issue would have been laid to rest months ago.

I had never heard of "ATP" in the test prep sense before now; and I've been around since the big bang.

But with the emergence of the Grand Emperor of Sue to reap the wind, Donald Trump, this lawyers'-take-most approach involving a mere difference of opinion should have been decided in the marketplace based upon its true value to the nursing community, or not.

And guess what? Only nurses are qualified to know that based on good outcomes with the product; and yes indeed, word of mouth by those nurses who purchase the thing.

So let freedom ring and God bless the First Amendment to The Constitution!!!

I too, find the timing crappy and also calculated. Not injury on a dead murderer- but to somehow bring the sensationalism of that whole time forward and hurt the AN members named in the suit.

The whole thing is BS, and I'm sick for my friends, and really happy that AN is sticking with their anonymity.
