Just wanted to no and where will I do the exam in Jamaica or where.
You can do the NCLEX anywhere the test is given. You have the results sent to the state board where you have submitted your application for a nursing license.

The American travel nurses don't make much in Jamaica. I enjoy working with Jamaicans, wish you all were in California.

Starting point would be applying to a state's Board of Nursing and meet their requirements. Only then will you get permission to sit NCLEX. After you pass NCLEX (check out the NCLEX forum under the student tab for hints and tips on the exam) you then look for a employer willing to sponsor you for immigrant visa or willing to get a work visa for you

@Silverdragon102 Hi! I am new in this forum. I am 3rd year student nurse in the Philippines and I finished 2 years and over a hundred credits. I just migrated here in the US Nov 27, 2017. I am planning to finish nursing here in the US and be eligible for the NCLEX. I would like to seek your advice on which is the best pathway for me to finish nursing. Currently, I have an ongoing job as a medical assistant Shift is 8am-4pm mon-fri. Since i have a job, I have browsed the net that there are online schooling for nurses. Do you think I would be qualified to have online schooling. If not, what would be the best option for me?
Many US students have problems transferring credits from one university to another and sometimes that can be between the state never mind between other states. All you can do is contact nursing schools where you want to train and ask them if they will accept your International credits. Unless LPN bridging to RN I think you will find most schools will require physical attendance as clinicals will be required. Could you not go back to the Philippines to finish?
