So I finally graduated nursing school! I did well on my exit HESI exams and took Hurst and Kaplan during my last semester. I didn't really like Hurst or Kaplan so I decided to purchase UWorld. I do at least 100 questions a day, sometimes more depending on how confident I feel about the material. However, I have been going system by system instead of randomized. I go through the rationales and take notes on things I need a refresher on. Any system I get less that 60% I "remediate" and read and take notes from Saunders. Is this okay? I recently was talking to other people from my class and they all said that people that do this will fail? So of course now I am freaking out. I tried to take a randomized test but most of the answers I had already seen and could remember the answer, so restarting my studying probably isn't the best option.
Thanks for your help!

Taking the test is the best way to find out if you'll pass or fail. Ouija board and Magic 8 Ball are not as reliable, which is too bad.
Some people manage to pass by just attending class and paying attention, so I'd say you at least have a chance.

Just take it sooner than later, before you forget all the material that is in your head. If you did well in school you should be okay with the NCLEX. Good luck! Go for it!

A better indication of your ability to pass NCLEX is your performance in nursing school and your school's NCLEX pass rate. If you were an A/B student at a school with an 85% pass rate, then you should pass without a problem. If you barely passed school or your school's pass rate is 50%, you will have a harder time passing.

What makes your classmates (most of which probably haven't even taken the exam yet, like yourself) experts in what will constitute a pass or fail? The bottom line- as long as you study and try your best, you are dramatically improving your chances. Studying exam questions organized by system is a smart way to go about it. It helps you identify areas of weakness and focus and improve systematically. If it wasn't an effective way to study, then Uworld wouldn't offer that way.
Keep doing what you're doing.
