Am I fired? CNA Checking Blood Sugar

Well something unfortunate happened...I am both an LVN and CNA at different jobs. I was at my CNA job when an RN asked me to check a B/S, I did it without even thinking twice (because I do it all the time at my other job) Someone saw and reported it. Am I fired ? What are your thoughts? Thanks

They went hard on the  blood sugar testing,only an RN with BSN was allowed to do it.Humiliating all the wonderful  nurses who did not fit criteria,never got a real explanation , Administration just danced around issue ,blaming CMS, the Lab,Lab director,etc No one was appointed to help pick up the slack as in Mgr,Dr., PA,--morale really suffered...unforgivable....

Extra workload,test,charting,controls fell on BSN group,breaks were a nightmare if all BSN  staff were on break ,no one left to do an emergency test.Oh nursing is such fun and rewarding profession  until it is Not.

only a BSN???? now THAT is ridiculous!
