Am I eligible for California RN endorsement?

Hi

I've worked as an RN in NY for 2 years.

 

However, I'd like to move to CA soon.

 

Unfortunately, I've graduated from an international school ( in South Korea ) with an Associate nursing degree.

and I will graduate online RN to BSN program ( in the US ) soon. 

 

After finish RN to BSN, am I eligible to apply for CA RN endorsement?

As far as I know, if someone graduates from an international school, they require a TOFEL score. In my case, they will? or not?

This information can probably be found on the CA BRN website, if one does not want to spend a lot of time trying to get through on the phone.
