Alvin Community College ADN - 2025

👋 Hello, I wanted to start a thread on here for applicants of alvin CC ADN program. Maybe we can share and see information. I applied for the Fall of 2025 ADN. I know it is competitive and can be a scary wait, I currently have a 4.0 GPA, in progress Micro, all other classes done, 88% on HESI, 90% reading portion. FINGERS CROSSED 🤞

I applied for the Fall 2025 start too.

GPA: 3.71

HESI: 96 and 96 on reading portion

I also have a previous bachelors degree

Those are great numbers!  I am so nervous! I do not hold any prior degrees or certificates. Did you finish Microbiology yet? I just finished last week, Hopefully that's helps.

I applied for Fall 2025 too. I think they will send the status email aroun May 20th.

I emailed the Nursing department and they said the status email would be sent approximately May 20th.

I am taking Microbiology over the Summer which is why I am nervous! I had the elective done and lifespan in progress, but I'm not sure if those get you extra points bc the application said extra points for Microbiology.

Well you got the extra points for a degree! IV spoke to 2 other ppl  on reddit that also applied and didn't have micro either...im just so ready to hear something back already🥵
