All the way to 265!! I feel hopeless!

I just took the NCLEX yesterday in PA and I went all the way to 265 in 3 1/2 hours. I feel horrible!! I honestly can't say if i did well or not. In the last 100 questions I had a ridiculous amount of SATA and I noticed that some content what being repeated. I was such a wreck, I couldn't tell if the content was getting harder or not. The questions started to become so similar. I know its possible to pass with 265 questions but I am just so nervous.

Has any one else passed with 265? And if so, does it sound similar to my exam?

i don't remember the exact question but it was about assessment and breast exams, but my questions prior to it were all SATA and prioritization

I passed with 265 lots of sata, 5 hours and felt like I knew nothing

Thank you! I was terrified because I am scheduled to start my job first week of December.

I used the lippincotts q&a 2014 and the Elsevier Adaptive Quizzing program through Evolve.
