You cannot say its exact amount you give when you dilute the meds and its not a safe practice to store remaining dose it should be waste per hospital protocol (US hospital using bar code scanning) Better not to dilute to provide exact amount of medication. Right dose :) Btw r using bar code scanning for medications?

Yes pay at prc office. Just show the old and ur new surname for proof. It took 2 weeks for cgfns to receive the letter

It will cost u 1500-2k pesos for the mailing fee and u need to send a authorization letter for ur friend for the process and the cgfns printed paper which the prc need to fill out.

I agree with crunchRN. Keep on trying and trying. Iv start is a skill not in the book or everywhere else. You must face ur fear and keep urself relax when doing iv start u will master it as long as u keep on trying.

Sorry to hear that. Let me ask u did u read saunders front to back page? Its impossible to fail if u read and understand this book. Maybe too much resources is bad habit.
