Air Force nursing FQ FY 2018

Hey everyone. I'm applying for a critical care slot for FY 2018 and was wondering if there is anyone else going through the application process?

I applied for the HPSP Scholarship back in December and I am still waiting on the Air Force to say yes or no. I am halfway through my first semester of DNP school so I hope the Air Force hurries up.

Well, no news today...

Nope. I have been bugging my recruiter relentlessly with no news. He said that he will talk to his boss and he will inquire with the higher ups. Last I heard, there was an issue with the end of the fiscal year and certain people not going to COT in time. This created the possibility that if individuals were notified of getting accepted, they may run the risk of getting bumped to open up a slot for those who could not go to COT before the end of the fiscal year and the Air Force was trying to prevent that. Now that the new fiscal year is upon us, who knows what the hold up is currently.

Congratulations! My recruiter told me it wouldn't be until late today because he has a family emergency and can't get to his computer until then. I am dying over here! Anyone have access to this list! Lol

I was told it was alphabetically dispersed one at a time! My recruiter was awesome and answered me directly every time I sent a message. He called me last night and told me the great news!
