Aiken Tech Fall 2014 hopefuls!!

Has anyone applied for the ADN program at Aiken Tech? I know the deadline for applications isn't until May 30th but I have had my paperwork ready and submitted it today and the suspense is killing me ALREADY!! Just wanted to see if anyone else was waiting to get in and wanted to see how many points others had, their GPA and teas scores.

Oh how rude of me!!! I guess I should have said CONGRATS Cakers45!! I guess I am just do anxious and nervous about getting in the program that I didn't mention that! Good luck on the ADN program! It's really starting to feel real now everybody. Good luck to each of you! Hope to hear from y'all next week regarding your acceptance letters! :)

Yes I applied to the ADN program as well. I hope to get into the ADN. I did both just too see. Good luck to all if you.

Congrats, cakers45! I hope we will all be receiving our acceptance letters to the adn program soon! I wonder if they will have literally all health sciences orientation on that day..seems like that would be a lot of people!

Just got a response from a different person in the health sciences department and I was told that letters should go out Monday or Tuesday and that we should get them by the end of the week!

I also just asked was the orientation July 17 and was told that is just for the allied health programs and that the nursing orientation is more intense and if accepted we will find out when we receive our packet when it is.

So does anyone have the actual day they will be sent out? Is it today? I have planned to go out of town with family but now I am starting to rethink that idea at least until I know more details. I don't know what to do!

I was told by the dean of health sciences that they will be mailed today or tomorrow. I am going to call the enrollment center in a few to see if anyone knows if they were mailed.

Thanks for all your help!! Your updates have been so helpful! I just really don't want to go on vacation and be stuck there and have plenty that I need to be working on here for school but at the same time I don't want to kiss a great vacation if I don't get in. Plus, I will be new to ATC so I'm not really certain of who to contact, etc to get the answers I am looking for! I'm so ready for this wait to be over already!!! Ugh!

I completely understand and no problem! I just called and the woman wasn't sure if they've been mailed out but she did tell me their last meeting was Friday so the letters should be out any time now. I just wish they would hurry. I can't take this wait much longer! Lol

Thanks again! I appreciate all your help and believe me...I understand your pain! knowing that those letters should be in our mailbox any day now makes me so nervous! Well I guess no vacation for me! The dean just confirmed with me that letters will be mailed out tomorrow and that we should get them by the end of the week! Now I just hope and pray I get in!
