After my 3rd time!!!

I have just joined this forum, but have been a long time lurker (especially when I didn't pass the NCLEX the first time).

Just wanted to say that if this forum didn't exist I might have just given up. I read all the stories on here and that is what made me want to go on and take the test the 3rd time.

Just wanted to say thank for all the inspiring stories. And to those who haven't passed the NCLEX yet... DON'T GIVE UP!!

Did you use Suzanne's Plan this last time? I'm on my third time also, and am really interested in Suzanne's plan. But this website does help a lot. Congratulations also!! You must be very proud!!!

no i didnt use suzannes plan.. i didnt find it when I was lurking these forums.. i wish I would have!!

this last time... i concentragted only on the NCLEX.. i quit my Clinical tech job and lived off of some savings I had. I did about 200 - 400 questions a day.. took frequent breaks and lived life normally. I took my questions during the day I knew my nclex was going to be.. i ate a good dinner and a good breakfast the day of my test.. and honestly, i didnt stress out as much as i did the other 2 times.. i just went in there with the attitude that I would do whatever it took to become a nurse.. even if it meant I had to take the NCLEX 20 times! .. i think losing the anxiety was what really got me through this time.. because I knew that I knew the material.. I jsut wasn't confident in it..

Welcome and congratulations on passing

...Praise God....your story is to very inspiring to me...I too will be taking the NCLEX for the third time...and my biggest enemy...ANXIETY....and like you....I will be an RN!!....no matter what it takes...thank you for sharing...God Bless you and CONGRATULATIONS RN!!!!
