Do they make stethoscopes specifically for OB? One that has a adult size one one side and an infant size on the other?

The littman cardiology III is a good one. It has an adult diaphragm and an infant. I work in peds and find it to be a great stethoscope. I can easily assess a newborn or an adolescent. No problem picking up those early newborn pesky heart murmurs at all. I've had mine for 7 years now and it looks as good as new. At the time allheart.com had a good price. Definitely worth the extra money.

I'm not sure if they make stethoscopes specifically for OB but they do have ones that are used for adults and peds. (the one that I have has parts that can screw on or clip on depending on the use.) The 3M Littmann 3000 (the stethoscope I want for Christmas) can be used on adults, children and infants (but for $300 it better be!) so I think you just have to look into it.

I work a med/peds unit (my patients range in age from newborn to 100yrs), and I use a Littman Master Cardiology - it's an amazing scope, and though it doesn't have a peds/infant attachment, I've never had any problem using it on the wee ones.

Littmann Cardiology III has the two heads, big and little. While I'm not sure that the small head was intended for infants, it works very well. I worked in OB and the small head was nice for those tiny chests.
