Some users are waiting to hear back from Queens and speculating on the admissions process, while others are sharing information about Facebook groups for specific programs at different universities.
Hello!
I am currently a fourth year student in Ontario, and I decided to apply to a few accelerated nursing programs for next Fall. I'm hoping this can be a space to share where people have applied, when they receive acceptances, chat about the process/questions, etc. I've seen previous threads and think it would be nice to have one of our own!
I have applied to
Queens
Mac
York
UofT
Have a Happy New Years!

Hi! I am overthinking how I calculated my average and anxiously waiting for UfT. For your last 5 credits, did you count your last 10 classes or more?

Hey! No worries at all, I'm the same way😓! Hang in there, there's still lots of time❤️. Yes, for my last 5 credits, I calculated the average for my last 10 courses. I only took 4 courses in my final semester since I had taken an extra course in 3rd yr, so I had to use one course from Winter semester of my 3rd year to be included in the average. UofT did a Q & A in December 2023 where they answered how that works (they use the course with the highest mark from your last semester). I attached the screenshot below! It sounds kind of confusing so feel free to ask me any clarifying questions, but hopefully that helps! And I hope you get in & hear back soon☺️!
