Hello!

I am currently a fourth year student in Ontario, and I decided to apply to a few accelerated nursing programs for next Fall. I'm hoping this can be a space to share where people have applied, when they receive acceptances, chat about the process/questions, etc. I've seen previous threads and think it would be nice to have one of our own!

I have applied to

Queens

Mac

York

UofT

Have a Happy New Years!

Hey!

Has anyone who heard from Queens/accepted their offer received any follow up messages from the school? I accepted my offer last week and didn't hear back. My Solus updated, but I feel like I should have gotten an email or something!

TYIA!

hi! I'm currently in my 3rd year studying life sci at uoft. I got an offer for bloomberg nursing and I'm curious if my GPA "resets" when I switch to the faculty or if my life sci GPA carries through🥲

thanks!

I got my UofT acceptance today! I actually saw it on my portal a few hours before getting an email. Luckily I was randomly logging on after seeing a reddit thread about other people getting acceptances since early March for Bloomberg.

I just got my UofT acceptance! I was checking the portal to see if a document went through and they changed my status to Admitted. I got the email like 15 minutes after I checked the portal. I am really hoping this is not an April Fool's joke 😭

My stats are I had a ~84-85% (~3.85) in my last 10 credits and I am at UofT right now for my undergrad (I'm in Health & Disease). My extracurriculars are that I have been a residence don for 2 years, I teach tennis to adults and kids, I work at a sports medicine clinic, I was president of a student equity club, and I was licensed as a nurse aide in the States. I submitted my supplemental on January 28!

I am super excited and this is my top program! I wish you all the best this application cycle!
