Admission/Acceptance to Georgia Regents/Georgia Health Sciences

Published

Hello! I just joined and couldn't find any other thread that had anything about admission stats or anything for Georgia Regents (formerly Georgia Health Sciences) and I am so nervous about getting into the BSN program, I applied with my first choice in Athens, and second as Augusta.. I have a 3.7 and got an 86 on the TEAS V and was wondering if anyone knew if that was competitive or what your stats were?!

HELLPPPPPPP :nailbiting:

I was rejected from GHSU last year and I was waitlisted for GSU this spring for both programs but didn't get into either. I feel like those experiences made me appreciate the acceptance so much more this time around. I really hope all of you get in! DCam it would be really cool if you could go to nursing school with your child :D

Yes it would, I have been looking forward to it but sometimes you just don't get what you want. I have a plan A,B,C and D so one way or another it will work out.

Try to call ***** ******. She is very nice and helpful.

At this point I'm just going to leave it alone and let them do their jobs, if I get in then I get in. It will all work out.:banghead:

Good for you for covering your bases. The first and second time I applied I only applied to one school... which was a mistake. This time around I applied to four different schools. Hopefully everything works out the way you want it to :)

Looks like the tuition rates are in.

Thanks!

I've tried for days. Not one call has been answered nor email returned; today the main line isn't even ringing, it's going straight to voicemail. Come to look back; I applied the very day the application opened; I believe it was Jan. 9?? I'm looking back fondly at my come (and gone) acceptances from other schools.

That has to be an awful feeling for you, I'm sorry to hear that but everyone keeps telling me that it isn't over yet, so that being said, maybe you will still get an acceptance letter.

Talked to them today. More vagueness and also that they "can't share admission information over the phone." Still no answer if I will hear before may 1 (when a big scholarship app is due). I am so anxious but clearly there is nothing to do but wait
