If you have actually USED a nurse pro pack, i would like to know if they work as good as they look like they would. Do they have the right-sized pockets for med-surg stuff? Do they get in the way when you bend down, sit down? If you have stopped wearing yours, why?

I already asked their site about the actual sizes but got nowhere. Maybe you people who have had the actual experience can help me decide to buy one (which one?) or not.

I used mine everyday as a critical care nurse and even when I worked in the ER. I think I had the medium sized one, if that's an option. The tape loops are nice. Some people called it my "fanny pack" and we all had a good laugh about it from time-to-time.

I used a nurse pack. I was the only one in the unit I worked for who used it. everyone refered to me as the nurse with the pack, the "organized one" because I stored everything in my pack. I have the medium sized packed, in dark blue, and still used it now.

what about a pickpocket? not as bulky as a pro pack. More slim-line, room for you team sheet, shears, pens, swabs, IV caps, tape, a card of panadol anda pair of gloves. Very popular in Australia.

I used one of these but didn't have it in front-I put the pack to the side. It had a place for tape, my scissors, kelly clamp, etc, etc.

Me too. I was an MP in the military and I got used to wearing a equipment belt; likewise when I was an EMTP. So I still wear one. I have a Nurse ProPack. I just wear it off to the side, so it doesn't get in the way when I have to bend over. It works great for me! Room for pens, bandage scissors, alcohol swabs, needles, flushes, etc.....
