I'm not sure what to do. I accepted a full time job offer from a small local hospital this morning and now this afternoon I have recieved an email from the nurse recruiter at a bigger hospital that I would really like to work at. The nurse recruiter wants to know if I am interested in working on a specific floor of the hospital. That floor is not exactly where I want to be but I'd go for an interview in a heartbeat if I had no other prospects.
What would you do? Would you pass on the bigger hospital or go for an interview?
I just don't know what the best thing to do is. Thanks in advance for the thoughts/advice :)

I'd go on the interview. It won't hurt anything. Even if the big hospital offers you a job, you will most likely be in your introductory period when it doesn't matter if you leave.
Thats true. I emailed back and said that I am interested. I just feel bad if I end up turning down the position at the smaller hospital, but I guess it probably happens more than I know.

Sometimes smaller hospitals are a much more pleasant work environment, so keep that in mind.
