I've been a part time student for the past 2 years, and have applied to go full time for my last year. Well....i'm still waiting for that letter!!! Its driving me beyond crazy!!!
I have a 4.0 GPA for my classes and have no idea why its taking so long. They told us admission decisions would be out by the end of February! I checked my student file online and my application status is "under departmental review".
I received my acceptance letter for my 2nd choice, still waiting for my1st choice...I contacted the school and was told that my application was being reviewed...hopefully, I will receive a letter by the end of next week
Still waiting.... just found out i won't hear anything until May, and thats IF i hear anything. Im suppose to get a phone call first before I get the letter.

Hi there NYDreamer, I applied to Phillips Beth Israel School of nursing in manhattan, its an ADN program. I really loved it when i went for the open house, so its my first choice. Im thinking of a appying to Adelphi's Manhattan program thats accelerated, but not sure yet. Also thinking about College of Mount Saint Vincent second degree program, as back ups but not too sure yet. I really want Beth Israel. I have to get a phone call for an interview first, its like an apceptance/admissions interview they give you if they are considering you. I won't hear until May or maybe June, thats if I do hear. Its torturous!!!
Oh and Beth Isreal has an articulation agreement with PACE, so you can work on you BS while doing RN.
I turned in my application two weeks ago it wasnt due until today and I wont find out until the end of May. I am driving everyone crazy going over my point total and constantly questioning on whether I did well enough. My husband has started putting on his headphones everytime I walk into the room!
