Acceptance email to San Antonio College Nursing School

I receive an acceptance email and in the email was asked to respond with yes or no of course I responded with a yes I but I haven't heard back from them. I was wondering if there was anyone who also received an email From SAC nursing program? I called and left messages but I haven't heard from anyone, also, with the email attached was the packet I'm thinking I should just start working on the packet do anyone have any suggestions please help I'm excited and nervous at the same time!!!

Yes! Work on the package and you should call them I go to SAC as well I'm doing my prerequisite courses (almost done though) what number are you calling and who are you calling, because I called yesterday and they picked up right away...

I'd physically drive down there and see what's up if they aren't getting back to you. See if you can find the office that's in charge of the program at SAC, and explain your situation. But yea, like J3w3lz88 said, work on the packet in the mean time...you don't want to have it not ready when they need it.

I was also accepted to SAC for fall 2014 LVN to RN mobility program. I emailed ---to confirm my acceptance & was emailed back a conformation from ---- that they received my email.

I already completed my packet.

When I had questions I called. She always answered. I always called in the morning or right after lunch. I would just go down there & ask. You don't won't to get lost in the system.

Yea that's the number I call ------ answers but when she doesn't just insist on different times one time I left her a voicemail and she took too long to get back weeks... But like I said she usually answers. Well let us know what happens, Good Luck!

Thanks guys! I went over there yesterday and I saw ----- and ---- and they did receive my response email the problem was when I responded I used my personal email instead of the school email which sometimes can get lost in spam but ---- found it. I am working on my packet, I am so excited and hope to meet you ladies in nursing school

Congrats on getting accepted! I also applied and got in so I'm very excited. I applied to UTHSC also but am waiting to hear if I got in over there. In any case, I'm working my way through the SAC nursing packet too. Still deciding which way to go IF I get in elsewhere. The cost is very appealing, and I've heard great things about the program, even with the kinks they supposedly have. In case anyone else has been trying to get through to the front desk, I heard they are busy with quite a bit but be persistant if you have questions. Keep calling or make a trip if needed.

Just want you to be aware. NCLEX pass rate for SAC is very low for 2013 (68.8%). I have no idea what is going on there, but continued low passing rates will jeopardize their accreditation.
