Wow I am really slow to join this thread but I'm also going to be starting the TCU Accel. BSN program this year! Just a few more weeks to go, eek! I am kinda curious to see how many of us have kiddos -- I just had a baby (my first) in February, so I'm diving into nursing school and motherhood all at once! I thinkkkk the financial aid stuff is going to all come through (some of the loans are still awaiting confirmation or approval or whatever)... are you guys sitting on the edge of your seats just praying that it all comes together?

@Hope - Congrats!!! I too have a child but she will be 1 next month, so it gets a little easier. Well not easy, but you get used to not getting much sleep,lol...but around 6 months old babies normally start sleeping through the night......The financial aid process has been a lengthy process. Luckily, my summer tuition is paid for but I'm still worried about fall/spring tuition and how my family and I are going to live & eat, so, yes, I am praying that it all falls together. I'm just sick of worrying about it. But I'm so eager to get started......What area will you be commuting from?

I am commuting from North Dallas/Addison area. How about everyone else? They are still processing my loans too, but I am going to try not to worry about it until I have to. I just know it will work out somehow! We have all gotten this far, right? Can't wait to meet all of you! Again, my TCU email is [email protected].

I am coming from Mansfield, so not too far of a commute (Addison is quite a drive!!!). My loans are all set....just need to get the CPR class & immunizations finished.

i will be coming from glenn heights and i'm interested maybe in carpooling. mansfield is not too far from me. addison is somewhat of a drive....@shiner- congrats on your loans being finalized!!! @jniffer23- i try not to worry about the financial aid aspect but i'm the type who likes their ducks in a row before starting things. but this process as taught me the virtue of patience,lol :)......i can't wait to meet you two. i guess i will just walk around and ask everyone their name until i find yal,lol....

Anybody else get super stressed out by that orientation last monday?? I am so relieved that they finally sent the permission codes for the summer. Anybody in the blue group from orientation -- I guess I'll see ya on Monday!

I have not received any permission codes yet. Did they email them? I am in the yellow group and then the black group for clinicals.

I can't remember which color was for what. I don't think I was paying attention at the time :) LOL....But I have a green sticker and a purple dot so I'm guessing that the purple is my clinical site group....

My permission numbers came to my personal email, not my TCU email.

I am in yellow/blue group!

The current ABT students made me a little more nervous than I was before, but I am sooo ready! I am getting as much reading done as possible before Monday.
